Balance Retreat for Dancers is a Friday through Sunday immersive experience designed to support dancers in resetting both physically and emotionally. Through intentional movement, breathwork, reflection, and guided discussion, this retreat creates space to slow down, restore balance, and build tools that support sustainable careers and meaningful lives in and beyond dance.

The Balance Retreat for Dancers is led by a small, thoughtfully chosen team of instructors who understand the unique physical and emotional demands of a dancer’s life. Each instructor brings their own experience, perspective, and care to the weekend, working together to create a grounded, supportive environment where participants feel safe to explore movement, rest, and connection at their own pace.
